Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
10.75 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
1/2 tsp of salt (seasoned)
1/4 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c of milk
1 can of onions (french fried)
6 pcs of pork chops
24 oz of hash browns (frozen); thawed
1 Tbsp of oil (vegetable oil)
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper inside a mixing bowl; blend them well then add the potatoes, half of onions, and half cup of cheese; mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture onto a 9×13-inch casserole.
Cook the chops with oil on the skillet till browned. Arrange the chops above the mixture of potato. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F), covered, for forty mins. Spread remaining onions and cheese above and continue to bake for another 5 mins, uncovered.
