Ham ‘N’ Cheese Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
24 oz of packed frozen potatoes (has brown)
2 c of ham (fully cooked); cubed
3/4 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 pc of onion (small); chopped
2 c of sour cream (dairy)
21.5 oz of canned condensed soup (Cheddar cheese, undiluted)
21.5 oz of canned condensed soup (cream of potato, undiluted)
1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Combine ham, potatoes, onion, and half cup of cheese on a bowl. Combine (sour) cream, pepper, and soups on another mixing bowl; blend them well and add onto the mixture of potatoes. Mix thoroughly and transfer onto greased casserole and sprinkle over the rest of cheese.
Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F), uncovered, for 60 to 65 mins. Let it stand, at about 10 mins then serve immediately.
