Ham Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 to 2 c of ham; chopped
1 c of onions; chopped
4 Tbsps of margarine
10.75 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c of milk
1/2 c of shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
7 oz of packed macaroni (cooked and drained)
1 c of breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Cook the ham with onions on margarine till ham is brown. Add milk and soup; let it boil then add macaroni and cheese.
Mix thoroughly then transfer on a casserole then sprinkle over the crumbs. bake (350 degrees F) for twenty-five mins.
