Ground Beef and Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/4 tsp of salt
1 pc of onion (large); chopped
1/8 tsp of pepper (black)
1 tsp of oil (vegetable oil)
8 oz of mushrooms; sliced
1/4 c of wine (white)
10-3/4 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom, undiluted)
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
1 Tbsp of mustard (Dijon)
3 pcs of garlic cloves; minced
4 c of egg noodles (cooked)
Optional:
Parsley (fresh); chopped
Radish; sliced
Parsley (Italian, fresh)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Spray a non-stick vegetable spray on a 13×9-inch baking glass dish. Place the beef on a skillet then sprinkle salt & pepper; cook above moderately high heat till browned, stir constantly.
Drain off the fat then set the beef on the side. Heat the oil on used skillet above moderately high heat; add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook for 2 mins while stirring constantly till onion becomes tender then add the wine. Lower down the heat into medium-low; let it simmer for 3 mins then turn off the heat.
Add the soup, mustard, and (sour) cream; stir till combined well then place back the beef. Place the noodles on coated dish then pour over the mixture of beef; stir till noodles have coated well.
Bake inside preheated oven, uncovered, for half an hour. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley and garnish if preferred.
