Grits Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of grits
1/2 c of margarine
4 c of water
3/4 lb of grated cheese (sharp)
1 Tbsp of salt (seasoned)
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
3 pcs of eggs; beaten well
Instructions:
Cook the grits on water, about fifteen mins. Add margarine, cheese, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs; mix thoroughly and transfer on a greased baking dish.
Place inside the oven and bake (400 degrees F), uncovered, for half an hour.
