Green Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of noodles (green or spinach)
1 lb of shrimp (cooked, shelled & deveined, or crabmeat)
1/4 c of bell pepper (green); diced
1 pc of scallion bunch; chopped
3/4 c of mayonnaise
1/4 tsp of Worcestershire
3/4 c of sour cream
1 c of grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Grease a 2-qt casserole dish; set on the side. Cook the noodles on boiling salted water till almost cooked through; drain well. Place on the base of prepared dish. place the shrimp, pepper, and scallions above.
Combine (sour) cream, Worcestershire, and mayonnaise; pour onto the dish then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake inside preheated oven for half an hour.
