German Reuben Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pcs of potatoes (medium); cooked, pared, and cubed
16 oz of sauerkraut (canned); drained
1/2 lb of sausage (smoked); sliced thinly
1/2 c of dressing (Thousand Island)
2 Tbsps of parsley; chopped
3/4 c of shredded cheese (Swiss)
1/3 c of bell pepper (green); cut to strips
Instructions:
Combine potatoes, sauerkraut, sausage, parsley, and dressing; spoon onto greased 10×6-inch baking glass dish. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for 25-30 mins.
Sprinkle over strips of pepper and cheese. Bake again for another 5 mins.
