German Pork Chop Feast Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of pork chops
4 pcs of potatoes
2 Tbsps of Crisco
1 canned sauerkraut
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Water
Instructions:
Season the chops then cook till browned; place on casserole. Add potato slices on top then mound the sauerkraut onto the chops.
Drain excess grease from skillet then add few tablespoons of water; heat and pour above the sauerkraut. Bake, covered, (325 degrees F) for 2-2.5 hrs.
