Fruit Nut Dressing Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 oz of stuffing (seasoned)
1/2 c of prunes (or dried plums)
1/2 c of almonds; chopped
1/2 c of celery; chopped
1/2 c of apple; chopped
1/2 c of cranberries (sweet)
1/2 c of onion; chopped
1/2 c of butter (unsalted)
1/2 c of wine (Chardonnay or apple juice)
Instructions;
Combine stuffing, prunes, almonds, celery, apple, cranberries, and onion with (melted) butter; mix thoroughly and gradually add the wine, while stirring constantly. Spoon mixture onto a 3-qt baking dish. Place inside the oven; bake (350 degrees F), covered, for half an hour. Take out the cover then continue to bake foe another 5-10 mins.
