Fresh Pineapple and Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2 c of pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
1 c of shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
3 Tbsps of flour
3/4 c of crackers (Ritz); crushed
1/2 c of butter (or margarine)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Grease 2-qt casserole. Combine flour with sugar inside a bowl; mix thoroughly then add pineapple. Transfer mixture onto greased casserole and sprinkle cheese evenly.
Add the crumbs evenly on top. Drizzle over (melted) butter. Bake (350 degrees F) for thirty-five mins or until the top has browned. Take out and let it cool for 10 to 20 mins. Serve at once.
