French Onion Soup Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
10-3/4 oz of canned soup (cream of chicken)
5-1/3 oz of milk (whole)
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 c of cheese slices (Swiss)
3 pcs of large onions (yellow); sliced
Pepper (black)
Baguette (or French bread); sliced thinly
Butter
Instructions:
Saute the onion slices with butter on a skillet above medium-low heat till translucent. Transfer on a greased 9×13-inch baking glass dish. Combine milk, soy, and soup; whisk them well. Pour above the onions and cover Swiss slices then sprinkle pepper.
Place slices of bread over the mixture. Bake (350 degrees F) for thirty-five mins till browned and bubbly.
