Fiesta Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of beef (ground)
1 c of onion; chopped
1 pk of seasoning mix (taco)
1 c of corn (whole kernel)
1/2 c of olives (ripe); drained and sliced
3/4 c of salsa fresca
4 oz of muffin mix (corn)
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c of chiles (green); diced
1/4 c of water
Instructions:
Cook the beef with onion on the skillet above moderately high heat till meat has browned; drain then add salsa, water, and taco mix. Let it boil then lower down the heat into gentle; cook till thick, about 5-6 mins.
Add olives and corn; stir thoroughly and spoon mixture on an 8 inch baking glass dish. Make the muffin as stated in its package instructions. Add the chiles and cheese; stir thoroughly till smoothened then spread onto the mixture of meat.
Bake inside preheated oven (350 degrees F), uncovered, for 30-35 mins till crust becomes golden. Top more salsa when preferred.
