Easy Lasagna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of uncooked egg-noodles
1/2 c of onion; chopped
1 pack of spaghetti-sauce (1 & 1/2 oz)
1 c of milk (evaporated)
1 c of shredded cheese (Mozarella)
1 lb of beef (ground)
1 can of tomato-sauce (15 oz)
3 oz of softened creamcheese
1/2 tsp of garlic-salt
Instructions:
Cook the noodles slowly in salted boiling water ’til tender. Drain. You cook the onions & beef in small killer ’til meat becomes brown, drain excess fat. Add the spaghetti-sauce & tomato-sauce then cook ’til thick.
Combine the milk & creamcheese in heated saucepan ’til smooth. Add the garlic-salt & noodles. Pour carefully into 9″ square-shaped bake dish.
You spread the meat mix all over the top. Sprinkle w/ cheese then bake it for about 20 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til bubbly.
