Danish Bleu Lobster Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps if butter
3 Tbsps of flour (all-purpose)
Pepper
Salt
1/2 c of milk
1/2 c of crumbled Danish bluecheese
1 lb raw meat of lobster; sliced into bite-size pcs
3/4 tsp of dried mustard
1 c of thick cream
3 bread slices w/o crust
Instructions:
Have the oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease lightly one 2-qt bake dish.
You have the butter melted in medium-size pot placed over low-heat. Saute the meat ’til it changes its color. Remove the meat w/ a slotted-spoon from the pan then set it aside.
Add flour into your butter left in pan then pepper, salt & mustard. Add gradually the milk & cream in. Stir while cooking for 5 mins ’til thick.
You return the meat into pot then you tear bread slices in smaller pieces then add into mixture together w/ 1/2 c crumbled cheese. You pour this into greased bake dish.
Have dish baked for 20-25 mins ’til bubbly & bit browned.
