Crescent Monte Cristo Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans of crescent-shaped dinner-rolls (8 oz)
2 Tbsps of honey
6 oz of thinly-sliced cheese (Muenster)
1/3-1/2 c of red preserved raspberries
2 Tbsps of meted butter
6 oz of sliced turkey; smoked
6 oz of thinly-sliced ham; cooked
1 Tbsp of sesame seed
2 Tbsps of honey
Instructions:
Have the dough separated into four lengthy rectangles then arrange them in crosswise fashions in 2 flat bake sheets, press firmly the perforations for it to seal.
You combine the butter & 2 Tbsps of honey in bowl, blend well then brush this mixture all over the dough. Have them baked at three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit for 8-12 mins ’til golden-browned. Allow to cool for 15 mins.
You greased one 15×10x1-inch bake pan. Place a single crust carefully on the pan. You then top it w/ turkey. You place 2nd crust on top of the turkey then top w/ cheese & ham.
Position 3rd crust above ham then spread w/ preserves evenly. Top w/ 4th crust then brush w/ 2 Tbsps of honey, sprinkle w/ sesame seed.
Have dish baked for 10-15 mins at three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit ’til golden-browned. Cool for 5 mins prior to serving.
