Crab and Shrimp Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter
5 Tbsps if flour
1/4 c of sherry
1/2 c of parsley; minced
3 c of breadcrumbs
1 lb of cooked shrimps; peeled
Cheese preferably Parmesan
1 lb of sliced mushrooms (fresh)
2 c of light-cream
2 c of mayonnaise
1/2 c of chopped scallions
1 lb of well-cleaned crabs
2 cans of chopped artichokes
Instructions:
Have mushrooms melted in heated butter then add the flour. You blend the cream in gradually, stir ’til sauce is thickened. You add the sherry then allow to cool.
Blend mayonnaise, scallions, crumbs & parsley. Add the shrimps & crumbs in. You grease one 13×9″ casserole dish. You place the artichokes in the casserole & spread the crab-shrimp mixture all over them.
Sprinkle generously w/ Parmesan then bake it for 30-40 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
