Corned Beef Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of salted egg-noodles; cooked & rinsed well in ice water
1 c of milk
A can of corned-beef (12 oz); broken evenly into pieces
1/2 c of chopped onions; sauteed
1/4 lb of grated sharp-Cheddar cheese
3/4 c of buttered crumbs of bread
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
Instructions:
Have the milk, cheese, onions & soup heated together. Add in corned-beef & noodles, mix well then you top it w/ buttered crumbs.
Have dish baked for 20-30 mins at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
