Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 white bread slices
8 oz of thinly-sliced creamcheese
2 c of shredded cheese (Swiss)
2 medium cans of undiluted condensed cream-of-chicken soup
6 cooked chicken-breast halves; sliced
1/2 lbs of sliced fully-cooked ham
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 packs of frozen stems of brocolli (10 oz)
Instructions:
Have the oven preheated to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You place the slices of bread in bottom part of greased pan (9×13-inch).
You then layer the chicken-breasts, slices of bread them ham on top of the bread. You sprinkle w/ 1 c of cheese then top w/ broccoli,
You mix the pepper & soup then spoon all over the broccoli. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Have it baked w/o cover for about an hour at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til bubbly.
