Club Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
3/4 c of milk (evaporated)
1 c of chicken stock
2 & 1/2 c of chopped chicken; cooked
1 tsp of salt
1/3 c of chopped celery
1/2 c of diced onions
1/2 c of water
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
3 c of rice; cooked
Instructions:
Have butter melted then you add in the flour, onions & celery. Cook for about 2 mins ’til browned then add the stock, water & milk. Stir well ’til thickened.
You remove the pan from the heat then add the rest of the ingredients. Lightly stir ’til mixed well. Pour mixture into pan then have it baked for about 40 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
