Chinese Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 fryer-cut, deboned & sliced into bite size pcs
2 c of celery chopped
2 Tbsps juice of lemon
1/2 c of nuts (cashew)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
A can of mushroom-soup
1 onion (small); grated
1/2 tsp of salt
A can of Chinese-style noodles
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred-fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Have one-half can noodles reserved together w/
1/4 c cheese.
Combine the rest of the ingredients then pour mixture into casserole. Add the noodles in then sprinkle w/ cheese all over.
Have it baked for 30-40 mins ’til bubbly.
