Ingredients:
1 lb of beef (ground)
3 stalks celery; chopped
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
Soysauce
1/2 c of rice (instant)
1 onion (medium); chopped
A can of Chinese veggies; undrained
A can of cream-of-celery soup
1 c of water
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Cook onions, celery & beef in small skillet. You drain extra pan drippings.
In small bowl, combined veggies, celery, mushrooms, rice, soups, soysauce & water, blend well.
Combine meat mixture w/ soup-mixture. Transfer into casserole-dish then have it baked for 40 mins. Best when served w/ chow-mein noodles.
