Chili Skillet Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of chili
1/2 c of sourcream
3/4 c of chopped Poblano green-chiles; rosted
1 pack of cornbread mix
Instructions:
Follow the package instructions in preparing batter. Prepare your oven. Heat it to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Grease one 10″ cast-iron skillet then place inside oven & heat.
Heat the chiles, chili, & sourcream together in saucepan ’til sourcream will melt. Set aside.
Have skillet removed from oven then pour prepare batter carefully into skillet.
Top w/ chili mix. You return your skillet into oven then bake for 30 mins ’til cornbread rises up over chili & it’s top is browned.
