Chili-Roni Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of chili-seasoning mix
1/2 c of chopped onions
1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 c of macaroni (elbow); cooked & drained
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/2 c of chopped green bellpepper
3/4 c of water
Instructions:
Cook beef in skillet ’til browned, drain excess fat. Add the chili-seasoning mix, bellpepper, onions water & tomatoes. Let it boil then simmer for 15 mins.
You add the pre-cooked macaroni then simmer it for 5 mins. Top w/ shredded cheese.
