Chili-Beef Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs of lean beef (ground)
1 can of undiluted tomato-based soup
1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of cornchips
1 can of sliced ripened olives; drained
1 can of hot-chili beans
1/2 tsp of chili seasoning
1/4 tsp of pepper
6 onions (green); chopped
1 c of shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
Instructions:
Cook meat in skillet, stir ’til crumbled & it loses its pink color. Add the beans, soup, chili seasoning, salt & pepper. Have it cooked over mid-heat for 8-10 mins, stir occasionally.
Put cornchips in greased 11×7″ bake dish. You spoon the meat-mixture over the chips then sprinkle it w/ 6 Tbsps of onions, cheese & olives.
Have it baked w/o cover at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins ’til heated thoroughly. Sprinkle w/ green-onions.
