Chiles Rellenos Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans of chiles (green); seeded
1/2 lb of grated Monterey-Jack cheese
4 large eggs
1 tsp of salt
1/2 lb of grated cheese (Cheddar)
2 c of milk (evaporated)
1/3 c of flour
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Layer chiles & cheese in 12×8-inch bake dish.
Place the milk, flour, salt & eggs in blender, the thoroughly blend. Pour this mixture all over chiles & cheese then bake it for about 45 mins.
