Chicken with Cornbread Stuffing Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 stewed chicken-breast; cut into bite-size pcs
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
1/3 c of onion; chopped
A bag of Pepperidge-Farm Cornbread Stuffing-mix
A can of sourcream
Chicken broth
Instructions:
Lightly grease one 9×13-inch bake pan.
Reserve 1 c of stuffing-mix. Pour all into pan then thoroughly moisten w/ broth. You layer the chicken above.
Mix the sourcream, onions & soup then pour into chicken. You sprinkle the rest of the stuffing0-mix over. Have dish baked for 35 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til well-heated.
Best when served w/ cranberry-sauce.
