Chicken Stuffing Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boiled whole chicken-breasts
2 c of Pepperidge-Farm stuffing
1/2 c of margarine
3/4-1 lb of thinly-sliced cheese (Swiss)
1 c chicken stock
2 cream-of-chicken soup cans
Instructions:
Break the chicken into chunks or bite-size pcs. Arrange a layer of meat in the bottom-part of 13×11-inch bake dish.
Blend the stock & broth then add it into the chicken. Top w/ sliced cheese. You melt the margarine then mix it to the dressing.
Carefully spread mixture all over the cheese. Have it covered w/ foil then bake it for about 10 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
You remove the foil then continue baking for 15 more mins.
