Chicken-Seafood-Artichoke Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans of artichokes
4 skinned chicken-breasts (whole); halved & deboned
2 Tbsps of butter
1 Tbsp of Worcester sire-sauce
1/2 c of sherry
Salt
Paprika
2 lbs of cooked crabmeat; cleaned
1 & 1/2 c of sliced mushrooms
3 c of thick white-sauce
1/2 c of sherry
Pepper
Parsley; chopped
Instructions:
You drain the artichokes then arrange them in greased casserole. You add the crabmeat & chicken in.
Saute the mushrooms w/ heated butter in large-sized skillet. Drain the mushrooms then add into casserole. Mix 3/4 c of butter. 3 c of milk, 3/4 c of flour.
Heat & stir ’til creamy. You add the Worcestershire, pepper & salt. Combine the sherry w/ white-sauce the pour into casserole.
Then sprinkle w/ cheese then dust w/ parsley & paprika. Bake w/o cover for about 40 mins at three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
