Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe III
Ingredients:
1/4 c of melted butter
3 c of chicken stock
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 pack of cooked noodles; drained
1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
2/3 c of milk (evaporated)
2 c of cooked & chopped chicken-breast
Buttered crumbs of bread
Instructions:
Have butter melted in small skillet placed over mid-heat. You add stock & flour. Cook ’til thickened slightly. Remove the pan from the heat then you add your cheese & milk.
Add your chicken & noodles. Transfer into 3-qt casserole. Top w/ crumbs. Have dish baked for 34-45 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til brown & bubbly.
