Chicken Corn Bread Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of crumbled cornbread
1/4 c of celery; chopped
1 tsp of poultry-seasoning
1 & 1/2 c of cooked, coarsely-chopped chicken
2 cans chicken stock (13 & 1/2 oz)
1/4 c of chopped bellpepper (green)
1/4 c of onion; chopped
Pepper
Salt
1 cream-of-mushroom soup can
Instructions:
Combine the cornbread, bellpepper, celery, onion, seasoning, pepper & salt together.
Place one-half of the cornbread mix in 2-qt bake dish. You spread the chopped meat above.
Mix the stock & soup then pour this over your chicken. Add remaining of cornbread mix into soup-stock mix. Press lightly then set it aside for about 20 mins.
Have it baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 mins.
