Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of skinless chicken-breast; sliced into small chunks
1 beaten egg w/ 1/2 c milk
Crumbs from bread
8 oz of diced ham
8 oz of cubed cheese (Swiss)
1 can of cream-of-chicken soup (10 oz)
1 c of milk
Instructions:
You dip the chicken pieces into egg-milk mixture, and then onto crumbs, coat well. Cook w/ little oil ’til golden. You place them into bake dish. Then add the cheese & ham.
You mix the soup w/ milk, blend well then pour into chicken. Have it baked for 30 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til bubbly & tender.
