Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
4 skinless & boneless chicken-breast halves
4 oz of boiled ham; cubed
2 c of coarse crumbs from bread
4 Tbsps of cheese (Parmesan)
1 tsp dry leaves of oregano; crushed
1/2 tsp of salt
4 oz of shredded cheese (Swiss); divided
2 c of broccoli
2/3 c of butter; cut into small pcs
1 tsp of crushed dry basil
1 tsp of garlic-salt
Instructions:
Cook chicken in fry pan ’til evenly browned. Set it aside. You steam the broccoli quickly then set it aside.
You combine Parmesan, crumbs, oregano, basil, salt & garlic-salt. Blend in pieces of butter then stir the florets in.
Arrange chicken in greased bake dish then sprinkle them one-half of shredded cheese, cubed ham, crumb mix & the rest of cheese.
Have it covered then bake it at three hundred seventy degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 mins.
