Chicken-Chile Casserole Recipe
Instructions:
1 whole chicken
Cheddar-cheese
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
1 onion (medium); chopped
A can of mushroom-based soup
A dozen of tortillas (corn)
1/2 c chicken stock
A can of diced chiles (green)
Instructions:
Have the chicken boiled then reserve the stock. Debone. Cook the onions in small skillet ’til browned. You mix the cream-of-mushroom soup, chicken-soup & chiles together.
In 2-qt casserole, have 6 tortillas broken into casserole’s bottom. You pour one-half chicken mix over then sprinkle Cheddar-cheese layer & then another tortillas layer, chicken mixture & lastly grated cheese (Cheddar).
Have it baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 mins w/ cover.
