Chicken Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 onion (small); chopped
1/2 c of milk (evaporated)
1 box of cubed cheese (Velveeta)
Grated cheese (Cheddar)
A can of chopped chilies (green)
1 cream-of-mushroom soup can
2 c of chicken; cooked & shredded
Tortilla-chips
Instructions:
Combine chiles, soup, cheese, onions & milk together. Have it heated ’til cheese will melt. You add in your meat then stir. Set it aside.
Meanwhile, line one 9×11-inch casserole container or dish w/ tortillas. Pour your chicken mix over. Have it baked for 20-30 mins at three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
