Chicken and Dressing Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken; boiled & deboned
1/2 cream-of-mushroom soup can
1/2 evaporated milk can
1 & 1/2 c chicken stock
1/4 c of margarine
1 small box of cornbread stuffing-mix
1/2 cream-of-chicken soup can
Instructions:
Place chicken meat in 2-qt casserole. Have the margarine melted & add the milk & soups, blend thoroughly. Pour this over the chicken.
You mix the stuffing w/ chicken stock the spoon mixture into casserole. Avoid stirring the layers to combine. Have it baked for about 25 mins at four hundred twenty five degrees Fahrenheit ’til browned.
