Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
9 pcs of bread slices (stale bread); each cut into 3 strips
Salt & Pepper
1-1/2 Tbsps of onion (instant minced)
1 lb of grated cheese (very sharp Cheddar)
4 pcs of eggs (large)
3 c of milk (whole)
1 tsp of mustard (dry)
1 tsp of Worcestershire
Instructions:
Fit nine strips of bread on the base of (Amontillado) greased 2-qt casserole dish. Sprinkle salt & pepper, a third of cheese, and a third of onions; press them down then repeat two times. Beat the eggs then add the milk, Worcestershire, and mustard; pour onto the bread and refrigerate overnight. Take out from the refrigerator 2 hrs prior to use.
Bake inside preheated oven (325 degrees F) for 50 to 60 mins. Serve at once.
