Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
1/4 c of flour (all purpose)
2 c of milk (whole)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c of cheese (Parmesan)
5 c of potatoes; peeled, sliced, and cooked
1/4 c of breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Melt the butter on the saucepan above gentle heat. Add flour and stir till smooth. Slowly add the milk, while stirring constantly; cook above moderate heat till it becomes thick. Take out from the heat then add cheeses and salt; stir thoroughly till cheese has melted.
Place the potatoes on a buttered 2-qt casserole; add the mixture of cheese then stir gently till mixed. Sprinkle over the crumbs. Bake (350 degrees F) for 30-35 mins, uncovered.
