Cauliflower Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of cauliflower head (large); broken to small florets
1/8 tsp of salt
1/2 c of melted butter
1/4 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
2/3 c of breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned)
1 tsp of crushed pepper flakes (red)
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Cook the flower in boiling water for 10 mins. Drain then place on a 2-qt casserole. Combine grated cheese, butter, salt, red (pepper) flakes, and breadcrumbs; sprinkle onto the casserole then spread shredded cheese on top.
Bake inside preheated oven for twenty mins or till cheese melts and bubbling.
