Zucchini Tomato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of mozzarella; grated
1/2 lb of mushrooms (fresh); sliced
1 pc of onion (large); sliced
4 pcs of tomatoes (medium)
1/8 tsp of garlic (powder form)
3 pcs of zucchini (medium); sliced
1/4 c of butter
Instructions:
Preset oven (400 degrees F). Saute zucchini using butter and dust with garlic-powder. Place the zucchini at the base of a baking dish then layer tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
Lastly layer cheese on top. Bake for fifteen minutes.
