Sausage Hash Brown Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of sausage (pork)
2 c of cheese (Cheddar, 8 ozs); shredded
1 regular can of undiluted soup (cream of chicken)
1 carton of dip (French-onion, 8 ozs)
1 c of onion; chopped
1/4 c of sweet pepper (green); chopped
1/4 c of sweet pepper (red); chopped
1/8 tsp of pepper
A pack of frozen hash browns (30 ozs, shredded); thawed.
Instructions:
First, cook the sausage into big skillet and drain. In large mixing bowl, mix a cup of cheese together w/ the rest of ingredients. Then, fold potatoes in and spread 1/2 in shallow baking pan (3-quart) greased earlier.
Top w/ sausage then the rest of potato mix; sprinkle w/ the rest of cheese then cover. Bake over 350 deg F about 45 mins. Remove cover then bake for 10 mins more or ’til thoroughly heated. Makes 10 servings.
