Macaroni Crab Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of macaroni (shell or elbow)
1-1/4 c of milk
10.75 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c of peas (cooked)
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of salt (onion)
1/16 tsp of pepper (black)
1 lb of crab meat (backfin); picked over
1/2 c of breadcrumbs (buttered)
Instructions:
Cook the macaroni as stated on its package instructions; drain. Combine milk and soup on a saucepan till heated through. Add the peas, crabmeat, and seasonings; mix gently using a fork.
Transfer onto greased 1-1/2 quart baking glass dish and cover them with breadcrumbs.
Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for 20-25 mins.
