Hamburger Sour Cream Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz of noodles (egg)
1 Tbsp of flour
8 oz of tomato sauce (canned)
1 c of cheese curd (Cottage cheese)
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
1 lb of beef (ground)
1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Cook the noodles as stated in its package instructions. Cook the meat till browned; drain off the fat then add flour and (tomato) sauce. Let it simmer till thick.
Combine (sour) cream, salt, and cheese curd. Place the noodles on the base of 1-qt casserole then layer it with mixture of (sour) cream then place mixture of hamburger on top. Cover then bake inside preheated oven for half an hour.
