Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter (unsalted)
4 Tbsps of flour; sifted
4 pcs of bouillon cubes (chicken); crumbled
2 c of milk
2 pkgs of broccoli (frozen); chopped & cooked, then drained
For the Dressing:
1/2 c of water (boiling)
1/2 pkg of stuffing crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
Nuts
Instructions:
Melt half cup of butter then add the bouillon, milk with flour; cook till thickened. Place the crumbs on the bowl then melt the butter with boiling water and pour onto the crumbs. Toss them well and add some nuts.
Place broccoli on the base of greased dish and pour over some sauce. Spoon over the stuffing and sprinkle over more of the nuts. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for half an hour.
