Bavarian Kraut Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter
1 & 1/2 lb of tenderloin (pork); sliced into inch-sized cubes
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1 c of onions; chopped
1 can of sauerkraut (16 oz)
1 c of sourcream
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Have butter melted in skillet placed over mid-heat.
You add the onions in then cook ’til tender. You remove the onions then add the pork. Cook ’til well-browned. You combine the onions, sauerkraut and pork in 1 & 1/2-qts casserole. Have it baked w/ cover for 1 hr.
Blend nutmeg and sourcream, pour over dish before serving.
