Carrot Stuffing Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of sliced carrots; cooked then drained
10.75 oz of canned soup (cream of celery)
1 pc of onion; chopped
1/2 c of margarine; melted
1 c of shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 pkg of stuffing mix (chicken flavored)
Instructions:
Combine onion carrots, margarine, (stuffing) mix, soup, and half of shredded cheese; mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture on a greased 2-qt casserole dish. Spread remaining cheese on top and cover. Place inside the oven; bake (350 degrees F) for half an hour.
