Campbell’s Beef Taco Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of beef (ground)
10.75 oz of canned condensed soup (Campbell’s, Tomato)
1/2 c of milk
1 c of salsa
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
6-8 pcs of tortillas, (corn or flour, 6-8 in); cut to 1 inch pieces
Instructions:
Cook the beef on a skillet above moderately high heat till browned; stir to crumble. Drain off the fat then add salsa, soup, milk, half of cheese, and tortillas. Spoon onto 2-qt baking glass dish and cover.
Place inside the oven and bake (400 degrees F) for half an hour. Sprinkle it with the rest of cheese.
