Cabbage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1 pc of onion (medium); sliced
1 pc of cabbage head (medium); sliced
21.5 oz of canned condensed soup (tomato)
10.75 oz of water
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (black, to taste)
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
Instructions:
Brown beef with onion inside a pot above moderate heat; drain well. Add cabbage, condensed soup, salt, pepper, and water; stir thoroughly. Cover then let it simmer till cabbage becomes tender; stir occasionally. Add (sour) cream and stir; serve at once.
