Burrito Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of beef (ground)
1 pk of seasoning (taco)
Tortillas (flour)
1 can of beans (refried)
2-3 c of shredded cheese (mild Cheddar)
10.75 oz of soup (cream of mushroom)
8 oz of sour cream
1/2 pc of onion (yellow, medium); chopped
Instructions:
Brown the meat with onions then drain any excess fat. Add the seasoning as stated on its package instructions. Add the beans.
Combine soup and half of (sour) cream; mix them well. Spread just enough amount of mixture on the casserole, covering its base. Place the mixture of meat in the tortillas then wrap up, burrito-style. Place burritos on the casserole, with seam facing down.
Drizzle over remaining mixture of (sour) cream then sprinkle the cheese above. Bake (350 degrees F) for 20-30 mins. Garnish chopped scallions, chopped tomato, (Picante) sauce, and the rest of (sour) cream.
