Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
5 pkgs of broccoli (frozen, chopped)
1 lb of cheese (Velveeta)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (black)
Powder garlic
3/4 c of butter (unsalted)
1 stack of crackers (Ritz); crumbled
Instructions:
Cook the broccoli according to package instructions. Melt half cup of butter with the cheese. Season the broccoli and add the mixture of cheese and some crumbled crackers; mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture on a baking dish.
Sprinkle some crushed crackers on top and dot with the remaining quarter cup of butter. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for 20 to 25 mins.
