Broccoli-Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
32 oz of broccoli (packed, chopped)
10.75 oz of soup (cream of mushroom)
10.75 oz of soup (cream of chicken)
1 caned water chestnuts (small); sliced
1-1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 c of mayonnaise
Instructions:
Cook the broccoli as stated in its directions. Combine the soups, half of cheese, and mayonnaise; blend them well. Layer the broccoli on a baking dish then the mixture of soup, then the chestnuts; end with the remaining cheese.
Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for half an hour.
